Tyler & Margarita Mayes Wedding 03.03.18

Where do I even begin with this wonderful couple?! When I first met Margarita and Tyler at a coffee shop, I really liked them. They were calm and super nice. A little backstory first. Margarita and Tyler met at their workplace and didn't like each other in the beginning- soo funny! They started to warm up to each other and then started dating. Skip forward 8 years and two beautiful children later-- Tyler wanted to propose to Margarita at Olive Garden, and it was super crowded and busy, so he waited until they got home. When she turned around, he was down on one knee. So sweet!

I loved Margarita's color choices, florals, and her ideas to personalize their wedding day. All the details were right up my alley. It's what I love to capture. It tells their story. Wait until you see the adorable pictures below of Bella and Gabe! So many wonderful memories caught on my camera that night. I wish I could post all of them, but over 800 would be hard to load! They already have ALL of their photos back y'all. That's one of the perks of booking with a private photo editor. I edit weddings for other photographers and I know the ins and outs of editing your photos perfectly, with a workflow that won't leave you waiting months for your photos. None of that here, y'all! Enjoy just a snippet of their wedding day. :-)

A Barnyard Wedding Under the Stars- Sparklers & Spurs- Jerry & Casey

I am catching up on blogging after a busy season and wonderful Thanksgiving with family! This wonderful couple's wedding photos were waiting for them to come back from their honeymoon in October, I shared their sneak peeks on facebook the next day, and I'm just sharing on the blog now, so bear with me! It was a much needed break from social media and enjoying family coming in from PA. :-)  Jerry & Casey had an amazing wedding day with a beautiful first look and stunning views! I thought a Barnyard wedding under the stars was the perfect way to describe their wedding day! I've always wanted some hay bales in wedding pictures and got just the treat. I loved everything about their wedding day and the special love and care I saw they had for each other. How to Find the Right Private Photo Editor: Part One

Hi again! Last week, I talked about the 10 signs you need to outsource to a private photo editor. This week I'm going to give you a few tips on how to find the right editor for you! :-) Let's dive right in! 1.The first question you should ask yourself is: What IS your editing style? Bright and Airy, Colorful with a pop/contrast, Film style, Natural and Classy, Moody or Dark,? Do you use presets? Have you made your own preset? Do you like warmer or cooler, creamy skin tones? Maybe you need help developing a style you would like to use consistently. These are all great things to think about before you start looking for an editor. The key to keeping your creative style with an editor is to have one and to implement it. If you are still in the process of learning your creative style, I help photographers do that and some editors I know can do that too! No worries! Developing your style in the beginning can help you stay on track with the style you want. 2. Do you edit ...
