Christen Verner Graduate Session

Christen emailed me a few months ago inquiring about her grad pictures! I was so excited to plan this session with her and about the ideas/personal touches she brought with her. One of her childhood loves is her stuffed animal, a flamingo. Ha, I love it! And it just so happens there was a flamingo next to Everman Park in Abilene, TX. :-) Christen is receiving her Associates this May in Associates of the Arts, with a focus on Biology. She is head to BAYLOR next and will be finishing a Bachelors degree in Biology with a minor in Math. She hopes to research in a lab for the medical field after graduating with her bachelors and continue on to hopefully a doctorate one day. One of the important people in her life, is her fiancé Mark. He gets to come to her graduation in May- Yay!! Then after that he is shipping back overseas, unable to visit her again until 2018. Phew! That is tough. But from talking with Christen, they are doing well, hanging in there and cherishing the time they do get to see each other or chat. Christen, you are one of the sweetest gals I have met, and I wish you the very best in the next adventure of your journey! :-)

A Barnyard Wedding Under the Stars- Sparklers & Spurs- Jerry & Casey

I am catching up on blogging after a busy season and wonderful Thanksgiving with family! This wonderful couple's wedding photos were waiting for them to come back from their honeymoon in October, I shared their sneak peeks on facebook the next day, and I'm just sharing on the blog now, so bear with me! Daniel & Shelby Mowry Wedding 3.25.17

I enjoyed meeting Shelby and Daniel, their friends, and family! They planned a perfect wedding at the Rabb House in Round Rock. They have a gorgeous venue there and the weather was perfect! I found out from some of the guests/family that they were from Pittsburgh, PA, which is where I grew up. It was fun to see everyone who had traveled to see these two tie the knot. I waited to post more wedding pictures from their day, because they were on a cruise on their honeymoon, and I wanted them to see the rest before everyone else did! ;-) So I'm super excited to be sharing these photos with everyone now that Shelby and Daniel have taken a peek.
